Some of the furniture dates from my childhood. Here and there we've added jars of spices from afar that give off the aromas I love. The dining room looks on to the pond and its ducks while the former kitchen has become a second dining room, more contemporary in its architecture.

My actual kitchen isn't very big, but with my team, we build dreams here. Rodolphe and Bertrand are in charge of the dining room, while Emmanuel takes care of the wine cellar. In the kitchen, the loyalty of André, my two sous-chefs Emmanuel and Jérôme, and the whole team allows me to focus on the essential.
