





We have created this new space in an old warehouse of "The House of the 18th Century Traveller", where I have
cooked for more than 20 years. Here, before your eyes, spices of the finest origins are dried, steamed,
roasted, crushed, ground, weighed, measured and blended to create the spice powders that are behind the
success of my marine and vegetable garden cookery at this gateway to Adventure. I create my blends like a
"nose" in the world of perfume, and I define myself as a palate in the
world of flavours. This is how I express the adventurous spirit of the
Saint-Malo region and escape beyond the horizon, answering the call
of the sea.
