Julien PERRODIN's preferred cooking method is the rotisserie grill over a wood fire, which recalls the fireplace's original use and the relationship beween man, food and fire.
All of our breads are made with stone-ground flour and cooked in the wood-fired oven at Château Richeux by Yannick, our baker.
