With Emmanuel TESSIER, sous-chef of the cookery of Maisons de Bricourt, we have created a place to exchange and share knowledge.
This school is situated between the "Maison du voyageur –O. Roellinger" and "Grain de Vanille" in the height of Cancale. This applies to all amateurs and lovers of life. As its name already suggests, the school will allow you to discover, master, tame and glorify the products of the Sea and of the vegetable garden using the set of spices which characterise the culinary spirit of Maisons de Bricourt.
