This April, come enjoy the springtime at the Maisons de Bricourt
.
The apple and cherry trees are in bloom
in the orchards out by the sea, and
our honeybees
are already buzzing about, collecting their “golden nectar” to be served for breakfast.
Gardeners Alain, Frédéric and Olivier
have planted both potatoes and artichokes in our “field of winds” which has just recently obtained organic certification.
The small boats
for bass and mackerel fishing are back in the water.
A bit further away, the restaurant crew at Le Coquillage.
We have designed a new menu,
“By the whims of the wind and moon”
. From the land of great tides come some of the classics of our cuisine, presented with new ideas from the marine, vegetable, and spice gardens.
