Our spring menus were planned amidst a snowstorm!

It’s been a surprising adventure that has led us to new ideas. This season, I’ve designed a healthy, elegant, upbeat gourmet set of menus that include a reworked “Choice Morsels by the Seaside” tasting menu with different delicacies to delight in. Keeping in mind, of course, my many year-long quest for refined, yet unpretentiously simple dishes.
