Chateau Richeux is as charming as ever, surrounded by sweet perfumes, and the garden looks promising as buds appear on the branches and wildflowers and herbs poke up through the frost. Le Coquillage – now opened all week from march to december -  is back on the route to shared pleasures; this year’s menu will again focus on light dishes, along with classics from Bricourt on the Maritime Adventures menu. The Rimains face the sea with their usual elegance and the cottages are ready to welcome friends and families. Yannick is still making his fabulous millefeuille at Grain de Vanille and Emmanuel continues to teach corsair cooking inspired by spices and the sea with as much passion as ever… But a breath of fresh air also awaits!
